We make everything fresh on the premises using seasonal ingredients. We roast our free-range chicken, cut ham off-the-bone and buy local. For instance, we get our Haloumi & Feta from Olympus at South Brisbane. Our fabulous fuss-free fare is perfect for your morning tea, lunch or afternoon meeting, training or event. Our homemade Sandwiches, Platters, Bakes and Cakes are all available to make your function great!

We can easily cater for the vegans, lactose intolerant and vegetarians in your crowd. We’ve also got a good range of gear for the gluten intolerant. Keep in mind that gluten free folk tend to prefer salads over sandwiches. We have a great range of fresh cut salads that can be served as individual bowls or by the kilo. With or without chicken they are a great alternative.
Allergies are a bit trickier. While every care is taken to not cross-contaminate food, our kitchen does prepare dishes with nuts, eggs and flour. We can do our best to ensure those with allergies have their meals packaged separately and do not contain harmful elements. Espresso Train Café & Catering cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our food.

Need something tomorrow? Call us to see what we can do for you. Best times to call to discuss catering is between 11am – 12noon or 2pm – 3pm. Other times are okay too but our busy baristas brewing beverages and chef might be up to his elbows forming fabulous food for café customers.
Ideally, for small orders [under $1000] please order by 10am two working days before required.
We prefer four working days’ notice for bakes, frittata & whole cakes. This gives us time to get the fresh ingredients and bake up a treat, just for you.
For large catering events [$1000 or more], please order seven working days in advance.

Yes! To keep our food prices down we charge a fee depending on your distance from us. As a guide, delivery to Nundah and adjoining suburbs is around $15, surrounding suburbs $25 and wider Brisbane $35, delivery fee to outer regions upon application.
Add 15% to delivery fee after 4pm weekdays
Add 50% to delivery fee on weekends
N.B. Due to health regulations, hot food will be delivered cold ready for you to heat & eat. Talk to us about options to suit your event.
[expand title=”How many sandwiches/wraps will I need?”]
Usually one per person is enough but if you have big eaters you may want to add a couple extra. We don’t like to see food go to waste so we’ll never suggest you order much more than what you’ll need.
Our classic sandwiches are made on café sized, thick cut, fresh baked, white or multigrain bread. They are cut in quarters.
Our wraps and Turkish sandwiches are cut in half.
